- How has to
be the picture I send?
It is important that you send that one you like, no matter what
surrounds your dog, the background, people, etc. Elements such
as collars and leashes can be omitted. You can see samples of
this in the Art Gallery page.
- It is important
the size of the picture?
In fact it is not important really, with a picture of standard
size I won't have problems to carry out the work. Please remember,
the detail of the final portrait is directly related to the quality
and focus of the photographs you send. Extra photos are also suggested
as they can serve as a reference for colouring, details, and personality.
- What happens
if I want a multiple portrait ?
If you request a multiple
portrait, that is to say of two or more dogs in the same painting,
they can be combined from separate photographs and in the final
work you will see them as if they were together.
- How do I send
the picture?
You can send it by e-mail
or by postal mail. If you send it by postal mail you don't have
to send the original picture, you can send a color photocopy with
good quality.
- What happens
if I want to make some changes when I see your preview?
When you see the preview of the portrait you can tell me about
the necessary changes to be done.
For example: to correct the long of the hair in some area, to
darken the color of the eyes, etc.
This way you can approve the final step of the work.
- Why do I see some
differences in the color of the preview in comparison to my picture?
It is important to keep in mind that the colors can vary according
to the monitor or its configuration, this can result in images
that show colors clearer or darker than the originals in the painting.
- May I choose
a background color for the portrait?
You can tell me if you want a certain color for the background
of the portrait, if you don't communicate any predilection about
it, I will do it choosing the appropriate color to harmonize and
to stand out the figure of your dog.
- What type of
painting technique do you work?
I work on pastel chalk, acrylic and graphite or cinder.
